Company history

• 1992 — Avers-Express LTD began operating in tourism.
• 1999 — the company obtained a Ukrainian Ministry of Labour licence for overseas employment mediation and started this line of work.
• 2000 — the Kariera recruitment agency opened; it belonged to the Metropolis association in 2000–2005.
• 2006 — the company joined the Ukrainian Recruitment Association.
• 2006–2011 — regional partnership with the Gulfstream association in the Poltava region.
• 2007–2008 — higher education and language courses in Europe.
• 2008 — the overseas property division opened, working with partners in Spain, Turkey, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• 2009 — higher education and language courses in the United States.
• 2011 — education agreements with partners in China, Slovakia, Poland, Canada, Austria, Germany and other countries.
• 2013 — the first Ukrainian school graduates became students at Slovak universities.
• 2014 — the first students completing Grade 9 went to study at Slovak colleges.
• 2016 — an agreement for long-term legal employment in the UAE and a new Work & Study agreement in Poland.
• 2017 — cooperation with educational institutions in the United States and Canada through Work & Study.
• 2018 — employment opportunities for Ukrainian citizens in Slovakia; doctors and lecturers from Poltava travelled to China for an international medical conference and professional exchange.
• 2019 — an introductory tour of Slovak educational institutions, new agreements with Chinese partners and client participation in Chinese education grant programmes.
• 2020 — expansion of educational partnerships in Europe, China, Canada and the United States.
