Poltava State Agrarian Academy (PSAA) is a higher educational establishment of the 4-th level of accreditation, a heart of science, education and culture in Poltava region with a long ancient history and dateless pedagogical traditions. Over a century our educational institution has been training highly-skilled professionals for all branches of agriculture and economy of our state, creative and intelligent people, scientists well-known in Ukraine and abroad who have made a great contribution in development of agriculture, education and science as well as the formation of social and political ideas.
Nowadays PSAA is a multisectoral research and educational complex which includes all elements of grade and postgraduate courses. All of these elements are components of the European educational system and amenably to the standards of Bologna declaration.

Enrollment of entrants from among foreigners can be carried out by the Academy twice a year, before and at the beginning of academic semesters (but not later than November 1 and March 1, respectively), to obtain bachelor’s, master’s degrees.

The cost of living in the dormitory of the Academy is $ 20 month. There are 3 students in the room.
The estimated cost of the full procedure for registration of a foreigner, obtaining a certificate, insurance and medical commission is: $ 150.
The cost of a complete set of textbooks, manuals and workbooks for study at the Center for International Education (language training): $ 80.
The estimated cost of three meals a day in the dining room of the Academy is $ 5.
